BBA Dış Ticaret Limited Şirketi recently partnered with Barcelona Art Galleries, SL (Villa Del Arte) to deliver a one-of-a-kind art piece by Samuel Dejong from Bodrum, Turkey, to a prestigious client in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This complex operation required meticulous coordination to ensure the safe and timely delivery of the artwork.
- Artwork Pickup: The piece was collected from an exhibition at the Mandarin Hotel in Bodrum, where it was displayed.
- Repacking and Risk Management: The artwork was carefully transported to Istanbul for professional repacking. During this process, BBA’s forwarding agent, QualitAir&Sea, and their partner Glaube Logistics in Riyadh, assessed all potential risks and formulated a comprehensive plan to ensure smooth import and delivery.
- International Shipping: Once repacked, the art piece was transferred to the New Istanbul Airport and shipped to Riyadh under a Delivery Duty Unpaid (DDU/DAP) arrangement.
- Coordination and Delivery: BBA, along with QualitAir&Sea, managed the entire operation with precision, ensuring clear communication between all parties, including the client and Glaube Logistics in Riyadh. After import duties were settled, the artwork was delivered to the client in perfect condition, meeting all expectations.
