BBA supported our long-lasting partner Barcelona Art Galleries SL and their esteemed Kazakh collector with the domestic transport, export permission procedures, museum reporting and international freight services for a precious artwork by The Ingravidesa Sculpture Alliance.
The sculpture was exhibited at the summer showcase in Mandarin Oriental Bodrum. BBA coordinated with the Villa Del Arte Team to bring the item to Istanbul to obtain the Museum Report from İslam ve Sanat Eserleri Müzesi for export purposes, followed by professional re-packing and building a custom-made wooden crate for the work.
Operation Overview
- Domestic Handling & Museum Report: BBA arranged safe transfer from Bodrum to Istanbul and supported all formalities to secure the required Museum Report and export permissions.
- Custom Crating: The sculpture was expertly re-packed in museum-grade materials and secured within a tailor-built wooden crate to ensure protection throughout export transit.
- International Freight Arrangement: BBA organized the shipment from Istanbul to Astana, Kazakhstan as a partial truck freight, handling all logistics and customs coordination.
- Tracking & Delivery: The entire operation was tracked and supervised by BBA from Day 0 until the artwork was successfully delivered to its final destination in Astana.
The sculpture arrived in Astana in excellent condition, meeting all regulatory and client requirements without delay.
